When the aluminum pergola is open, the louvers occupy one-third of the projection depth, leaving the remaining two-thirds as a clear opening. At a 45° angle, they allow controlled light entry, while at 90°, they permit full natural light penetration. Polyurethane is installed inside the louvers, providing thermal and acoustic insulation.

If the wall allows it statically, the pergola can be installed without a front column, removing all or some columns depending on the geometry of the installation. In cases of wall mounting, a special wall-mounted component is used that ensures stability and proper load transfer. The pergola can be installed as a top-mounted, self-supporting or boxed, depending on the needs and technical data of the space.

What is the thickness of the profile?

The thickness of the profile we use is 5 mm, both in the roof beams and in the louvers, offering high mechanical strength and absolute stability in each structure. The increased thickness ensures greater rigidity, resistance to loads and excellent behavior in strong winds as well as daily use. This is a key quality element, ideal for pergolas intended for long-term, demanding and trouble-free operation.

How much slope does a fixed pergola need for proper drainage?

In the fixed pergolas that we design, no visible slope is required, as the water flow is internal and not visible. The runoff is done through integrated channels within the profiles, which lead the water to hidden gutters. This ensures effective rainwater runoff without affecting the aesthetics of the structure.

Where is the motor located? Is it accessible without disassembly?

The motor is integrated into the pergola structure, in a location protected from weather conditions but at the same time easily accessible. In case of technical inspection, access is possible without dismantling the structure; only the simple removal of a special cover is required. This ensures quick maintenance and immediate technical support whenever needed.

What is the actual time?

The actual delivery time is up to 45 working days, a time that is never exceeded. Production is carried out exclusively on order, in order to ensure accuracy, correct assembly and quality control of each construction. In case of any small change, the customer is informed immediately and responsibly.

How much does a pergola weigh?

The weight of the structure ranges on average from 60 kg per square meter, with small fluctuations depending on the dimensions. The smaller the total area of the pergola, the higher the weight per square meter appears due to the denser distribution of the profiles. In total, a complete pergola can reach up to 800 kg, depending on the type, accessories and side elements chosen.

What do you do in case the customer wants future zip screens or glass?

In case the customer wishes to add future ZIP screens or glass systems, the pergola is already fully prepared to accept them without any difficulty. We have taken care of the appropriate aluminum thickness and the correct dimensions from the design, so that all shading systems and glass screens fit perfectly. Thus, the customer can upgrade their space at any time, without additional modifications to the construction.

How often does my bioclimatic pergola need maintenance?

It is recommended that the pergola be maintained once a year to ensure the optimal functioning of all mechanisms. The annual inspection includes cleaning gutters, checking screws, lubricating moving parts and a quick check of the motor. With this procedure, the structure remains completely reliable and functional for many years.

What do you use on the ends of the blinds?

We use aluminum at the ends of the blinds to ensure absolute strength, stability and homogeneity with the rest of the system.
